FAMILY TRAVEL BETWEEN WORK AND SCHOOL

I’m an elder millennial mama trying to show my kid the world, one weekend at a time.

Like many of us, I stumbled across the travel family life on social media and instantly fell in love. As much as I'd love to pack up my life and live on the road, full-time travel just isn’t practical for our family. My life partner and I both work full-time jobs and manage a small business. We have older family members who depend on us and need us to be physically around. And we have a young child who needs the consistency of being in one place most of the time. Also, MONEY. Travel aint cheap. Although there are ways to save and that whole points system looks amazing, but its not for me. So I decided to make the most out of weekends, vacation days, and school breaks.

Whether we’re exploring our local area, taking a road trip, or hopping on a plane, I’ll share our travel itineraries, trip expenses, and a recap of our adventures!
